Windows Insider Program Team announces the release of Windows 11 Build22621.2361 (KB5030310) to Insiders in the Release Preview Channel. Exciting New Features for Windows 11 (22H2) on the Release Preview Channel
Windows Insiders, get ready for some exciting updates! The Release Preview Channel is rolling out Windows 11 Build 22621.2361 (KB5030310) for Windows 11, version 22H2. And that’s not all, we’re also introducing new features that are sure to enhance your Windows experience.
What’s New?
Among the new features announced by Yusuf, you can look forward to Copilot in Windows (currently in preview), a modernized File Explorer, and improved text authoring experiences. Additionally, there are new natural voices for the Narrator and updates to Windows Backup. A comprehensive list of features will be shared on September 26th.

Getting the Latest Updates
To get these new features as they roll out, make sure to turn on the toggle for the latest updates in your settings. If you have this toggle turned on before installing Build 22621.2361, you’ll also receive the Windows Configuration Update (KB5030509) at the same time, in a single reboot.
Important Note
Only the update for Build 22621.2361 will show during install on the Windows Update settings page. However, after reboot, the Windows Configuration Update will appear in your Update History. This update enables new features via the Controlled Feature Rollout (CFR) technology.
What If I Don’t Turn On the Toggle?
If you install Build 22621.2361 without turning on the toggle for the latest updates, don’t worry. You can simply turn it on later, and the Windows Configuration Update will be downloaded to your PC. If you choose to keep the toggle off, the new features will be gradually rolled out to your device over time.
