This June, Microsoft 365 is rolling out a vibrant new Pride theme for Mac and iOS users. It’s a colorful way to show your support and celebrate community right from your favorite apps.
What’s New: Pride Themes Across Your Favorite Apps
Microsoft has introduced a special Pride theme in Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and OneNote. Whether you’re on a Mac or an iPhone/iPad, you can now add rainbow accents to brighten your workspace.

Major Updates: How to Enable the Pride Theme
On Mac
- In Outlook, go to Settings > General and select your preferred Pride theme.
- For Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and OneNote, open Preferences > Show Your Pride to activate the theme.
On iOS
- In Outlook, tap Home > Settings > Appearance to pick the Pride theme.
- For Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and OneNote, tap your profile photo, then Settings > Show Your Pride.
Once enabled, you’ll notice vibrant rainbow highlights across the apps, making your daily workflow a little more joyful.
